Are you ready for Expo 2020 Dubai? Now we have one more reason to get hyped. The official anthem of Expo 2020 Dubai has been released.
“This Is Our Time” brings together generations of Arab musical talent to create an inspiring ode to the Expo, which opens on Friday October 1.
Veteran pop star Hussain Al Jassmi joins fellow Emirati and rising talent, Almas, and Lebanese singer Mayssa Karaa to create a song we plan to play on repeat while we drive up to the Expo 2020 Dubai gates.
The song was produced by Canadian Grammy Award winner, Greg Wells, who also wrote the Special Olympics World Games official song, “Right Where I Am Supposed To Be.”

The song is four minutes and 18 seconds long, with the three singers performing two verses in English and Arabic each.
It was written by singer-songwriter Saif Fadhel, the lyrics support the Expo’s unifying and multicultural message. The accompanying video gives us an insider look at the Expo 2020 Dubai site, and with one whiff of what’s to come we’re more ready than ever to explore it.
With less than ten days before the greatest show on earth opens, the whole country is waiting with bated breath to walk through those gates.
Expo 2020 Dubai tickets are on sale now, it will be the first expo ever to be held in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, underlining the UAE’s place at the forefront of discussions that are shaping how we harness the potential of the living world, and our impact on it.
