The Garden by Bay View at Beach Rotana is back with unbeatable outdoor vibes

The Garden by Bay View at Beach Rotana is back, serving up the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the Abu Dhabi winter.

Sitting outside with friends or family, eating a delicious meal, or having an after-work drink with a view of Al Maryah island – does it get any better?

Enjoying an al fresco experience is always top of our to-dine list, and this spot is the perfect place to unwind in the fresh air.

The Garden brings together a healthy menu of the freshest ingredients, from grass-fed beef, free range chicken, and local line fish and vegetables harvested from Al Ain.

Sample the biltong guacamole, Gulf sea prawns, harissa squash salad, and organic quinoa salad. The chefs have created a brand-new handhelds section of the menu, which includes the Angus burger and chicken potato brioche served straight off the barbecue grill.

There are several charred mains to choose from too: T-bone steak, hanger steak and line-caught red snapper fillet are among our top choices for dinner.

But the star attraction, rolling in this year, is the Chuckwagon Smoker. Meat lovers will love this lineup of smoked meats from the restaurant’s pit master: Chef Pedro. Look out for the pulled brisket tacos, smoked beef brisket, and Chuckwagon organic chicken too.

Looking for something sweet? The Garden has green apple cobbler, homemade “Magnum” and seasonal fruits on the rocks – the perfect way to enjoy the sunshine.

The Garden by Bay View is open from 4pm until midnight on weekdays and from 4pm to 1am on weekends.
