Visit Kids’ Winter Festival at Expo 2020 Dubai

Looking for something festive to do with the family this winter? Expo 2020 Dubai has launched the Kids’ Winter Festival with loads of cool activities for kids and big kids alike.

The festival is on from Monday December 20 to Saturday January 8, 2022 from noon to 8pm. You’ll find the market at Wadi Avenue, Jubilee Park, next to the Malaysian pavilion. Entry is free for all Expo 2020 Dubai ticket holders.

At the Expo 2020 Dubai Kids’ Winter Festival you’ll find treasure hunts, magicians, arts and crafts, bouncy castles, an inflatable park, face painting, DJs, movies, food trucks, face painting, sports and more. Sounds like the ultimate way to make the most of the winter break.

Expo 2020 Dubai has loads of other festive things to do. Little ones can write a letter to Santa and meet the man in red himself at the Finland pavilion.

There are special showings of holiday movies such as Home Alone (Thursday December 23), Miracle on 34th Street (Friday December 24) and Elf (Saturday December 25) on the Jubilee stage, plus nightly shows and seasonal projections at Al Wasl Plaza until Wednesday December 29.

Expo 2020’s market at the Expo 2020 waterfall, Surreal, has kiosks with traditional treats and gifts as well as entertainment for all ages. Activities include baking sessions, face-painting, juggling and more.

That’s not all. Loads of restaurants at Expo will be serving seasonal menus, and at selected venues children under eight can eat for free on certain days. The Expo 2020 Festive pass is just Dhs95.
