Gloria Gaynor will be taking to the stage to belt out some of her biggest hits at the Expo 2020 closing week concert line up on Tuesday March 29.

I Will Survive hitmaker Gloria is joining an already star-studded musical line-up as chart-toppers Christina Aguilera, the talented Norah Jones and international musician Yo-Yo Ma were announced over the weekend.
Disco icon Gaynor will be joined by Dubai-based DJ Martin Avari, who has previously worked alongside Dua Lipa, The Wkend and Katy Perry; their set is scheduled to start at 8.30pm at Sustainability Plaza this Tuesday March 29.
The Expo 2020 closing week is set to be a music lovers delight.
To kick off the final evening of celebrations on Thursday March 31, American cellist Yo-Yo Ma is due on stage at 8.45pm at the Dubai Millennium Amphitheatre. Watch (and listen) in awe as Yo-Yo Ma displays his rich classical music talents.
Continuing the night of musical wonder will be singer-songwriter and pianist Norah Jones. Stepping onto the Jubilee Stage from 9pm performing her classic hits like Don’t Know Why and Sunrise, the much-loved musician will bring her honey tones to Expo 2020.
Of course, it wouldn’t be closing night without a high energy set from one of the world’s most popular pop stars. Multi-platinum superstar Christina Aguilera will close the show with her performance set to begin at 10.45pm, also on the Jubilee Stage.
It is not just famous faces who will be taking part in the Expo 2020 closing ceremony as a UAE-based children’s choir will also take to the stage and the pioneering all-women Firdaus Orchestra will be performing the UAE national anthem.
Ensuring Expo 2020 goes out with a bang, there will be multiple fireworks displays on the final day of Expo 2020 Thursday March 31, including massive shows at midnight and 3am.
