The head chef behind Indian-fusion restaurant Masti is the next to offer an intimate dinner experience at Time Out Market Dubai.
On Tuesday March 8, chef Prashant Chipkar will host the meal personally, as eight lucky diners get a rare insight into his mind and special menu.
Coming as part of the popular Chef’s Edition dining series – where the best chefs in town host an exclusive dinner experience for one table – the creative chef has prepared a seven-course menu for just Dhs350 per person (including a mixed drinks pairing).
Diners who book the Chef’s Edition: Masti will sit at the desirable Editor’s Table behind the Market’s Fountain Bar and enjoy dinner with chef Chipkar.

On the unique menu, to start there’s a selection of three delectable bites including pani-puri and foie gras. For mains, you’ll be treated to tambada rassa seasoned angus short rib, before ending the meal with a rasmalai chocolate mousse and the chef’s take on traditional bhappa sondesh.
The expertly crafted meal will be accompanied by four of Masti’s signature mixed drinks.
Of course, while you’re dining you can expect the usual trendy Time Out Market Dubai atmosphere that sees live music filling the hall every night.
On this particular evening local artist Ibby VK will be on the mic from 7pm until 10pm. Appealing to all tastes by playing a variety of genres with wide appeal – think everything from folk to RnB – there’s bound to be a pleasant buzz among the Market’s diners.
