Time Out Market Dubai launches exclusive Chef’s Edition dining series

Chef Reif Othman will host a Valentine’s dinner on February 14

Time Out Market Dubai will be launching the first ‘Chef’s Edition’ takeover of its sought-after Editor’s Table in February.

The hottest chefs in town will be taking over the exclusive booth, set behind the Market’s Fountain Bar (and the only spot in the Market that diners can book), to host a series of special meals.

The meals will be hosted by the chefs themselves, with guests dining on unique menus and drinks pairings and able to ask the chef questions as they do so.

To kick things off, this Valentine’s Day on Monday February 14, chef Reif Othman will serve up an eight-course Japanese-Chinese fusion menu for Dhs650 per person. This will come with Japanese rice beverages along with grape pairings.

The Chef’s Edition series will continue throughout March, with an Indian Feast hosted by Chef Prashant of Masti on Wednesday March 2.

Slots are available for lunch (noon to 3pm) priced at Dhs300 per person, or for dinner (6pm to 9pm and 9pm to midnight), for a minimum spend of Dhs500 per person.

Whether you’re after a cosy, private lunch or dinner for your friends, family or even just your special someone, this is set to be one of Dubai’s hottest new dining experiences.
