Ramadan 2022 at Time Out Market Dubai

In celebration of Ramadan (beginning on Saturday April 2) Time Out Market Dubai is transforming into a traditional majlis and putting on special iftar menus.

Throughout the month, the venue will be kitted out with Ramadan decorations (picture lots of sparkling lights) and several of the 18 home grown vendors will be serving up a variety of exclusive dishes.

Traditional oud player Mohamad Chamdin will be taking to the stage every evening from 6pm to 8pm to play a soundtrack of popular songs with an Arabic twist.

A foodie highlight of the month will be Al Fanar’s Chef’s Edition dinner that will go ahead every Thursday and Friday evening during Ramadan.

The Emirati flavoured restaurant will host an intimate group of eight at the The Editor’s Table and serve up delicious iftar fare to fasting and non-fasting guests.

Costing Dhs500 per person, you can expect all the traditional dishes such as samboosa, chicken machboos and prawn biryani.

21grams Balkan Bakery & Deli will host its own iftar at The Editor’s Table on Tuesday April 12 and Tuesday April 26.

The meal will include salted dates stuffed with pistachio dust, phyllo pie with cheese and cardamom sauce, lamb tenderloin and more. It will be priced at Dhs520 per person, along with a drink pairing.

Other outlets will be hosting special menus (that are perfect for breaking a fast), such as crowd-favourite Masti which will have two separate set-menus (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) for Dhs90 and Dhs110.

Also, throughout the month you can also expect to find several limited-edition Ramadan flavoured dishes.
