Love to get in on the action? The UAE is chock full of sporting things to do, and this event is highly anticipated amongst the sportiest residents each year.
And now Jeep Tough Mudder is returning to the UAE with four incredible events, starting at Ras Al Khaimah’s Mina Al Arab on Friday October 15. You can also participate in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Fujairah in a series of competitions spread across the next four months, so it’s time to get into training.
Jeep Tough Mudder is giving UAE residents the chance to get their hands on the world famous orange headband once again this year. If you have a sporty streak (and are looking to push yourself to your physical and mental limits) you’re not going to want to miss this series of events.

The event is happening at Ras Al Khaimah’s Mina Al Arab on Friday October 15; Hatta, Dubai on Saturday November 13; Abu Dhabi’s Al Hudiyarat Island on Friday December 10, and at Fujairah Adventures Park in Fujairah on January 28, 2022.
The challenge uses world class obstacles to test your teamwork and push you out of your comfort zone. “Mudders” can expect to be challenged with the Pyramid Scheme: an obstacle that will require total teamwork and maximum effort to scramble up its slippery slope. Spread Eagle, which will test booth balance and agility as you need to stay balanced on a tight rope style challenge whilst suspended over water.
The Cage Crawl will also make a comeback and will require Mudders to use all their upper body strength to cling on overhead and keep moving through water with a limited amount of air space. Everest, one of the event’s signature obstacles also requires maximum determination and resilience to reach the top.
The event will give you two different course routes to choose from including the Jeep Tough Mudder 5K, which includes 13 plus obstacles on a 5k route and the Jeep Tough Mudder Classic, which hosts 25 plus obstacles on a 10k route.
All participants must be 13 years or older, and participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult aged 18 or older. The Tough Mudder 5K starts at $70 (Dhs257) and the Tough Mudder Classic 10-12k starts at $85 (Dhs312).
