Feeling competitive? Strap on your elbow pads and get ready to show off your skills at Circuit X Games this weekend. A series of competitions are being held between Saturday February 26 and Sunday March 6.
Whether you’re a pro skater or beginner, you’re likely going to want to get this sporting event on your radar. Tickets start at Dhs50 and you’ll need to register on the Circuit X website in advance.

Circuit X Games is being held on Al Hudayriat Island, and it’s one of the biggest skateboard and BMX competitions of the year. Besides, skateboarding and BMX racing, there will be wall climbing and a ropes course time trial. Circuit X is also launching its first family decathlon, where families can compete together to win challenges. Is your squad ready to race?
Skateboarding competition
The Circuit X Games skateboarding competition rolls into Abu Dhabi on Saturday February 26 and goes from 1.30pm to 5pm. Watch the UAE’s best skaters show off their skills to compete for the title of skate champion and win prizes from Vans Middle East. The competition will be divided into age groups and categories for all abilities.
Family decathlon
Does your posse love to win? The family decathlon is happening on Saturday March 5. The first-of-its-kind competition includes a unique set of ten challenges and obstacles for families to tackle together in the shortest timespan. You need a minimum of four people to participate.
Climbing wall competition
The climbing wall competition is happening Saturday March 5 with a 50-foot wall to climb and three difficulty levels across three age categories. Each competitor will get two tries to record their best time.
Ropes course racing
Circuit X Games is also introducing a new ropes course trial on Saturday March 5 with three age categories and three levels of circuits. On your marks, get set…
BMX time trials
The BMX time trials are back for Circuit X Games and will kick off on Sunday March 6. There will be a fierce competition with racers competing to finish with the best time record. Categories include junior racer, senior racer and adult racer. The winner will be named Abu Dhabi’s BMX Champion of 2022.
