As the weather starts to cool down, many of you might be thinking about entering one of Abu Dhabi’s many triathlons, running races or cycle rides.
So to help you prepare, fitness companies Evolve Sports Solutions and Bespoke Ride are putting on a day of fitness and wellness activities at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island.
Taking place on Saturday September 14, the companies have joined together with the hotel and Bodyism Saadiyat gym to provide a schedule that includes swimming, circuits, running and core strength exercises.
There’s also a recovery session in the spa, a nutritious lunch at Lebanese restaurant TEAN and access to the pool included when the day is all over.
The day costs Dhs360 plus VAT, and participants can also get a special discounted stay at Jumeriah at Saadiyat Island for Dhs695 on Friday September 13.
