It’s fair to say that Abu Dhabi is excited about the return of the UFC.
Tickets sold fast and only a few remain for the event that takes place on September 7.
With a main event that sees Dustin Poirier and Khabib Nurmagomedov face-off the capital will be front and centre with global attention on the octagon.
Thanks to a new partnership between UFC and the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, more UFC events will be held in the capital over the next five years.
Fans heading to the event will be the first to attend a purpose-built arena on Yas Island that’s being built for the event.
