Summer is hot in the UAE (newsflash), but that doesn’t mean you have to put your exercise routine to one side.
Especially if you’re like us and you enjoyed a few good meals and drinks all the while putting off the gym.
So if you’re looking to work up a sweat, keep active and get back on track but are dreading taking on the heat of the outdoors then help is at hand.
Dalma Mall is hosting an indoor run to help people in the community to exercise in the comfort of a cool indoor venue.
With a range of distances on offer including 1.5km, 2.5km, 5km and 10km, it’s open to people of all abilities, too.
Taking place on Friday September 13, the indoor run will take place around a 1.4km loop on the fourth floor of the mall.
Participation starts from Dhs57.64 and all runners should register before attending the race by visiting www.adsc.ae.
Need a little extra incentive to sign up? All finishers will receive a medal once they complete the race and cross the finish.
