Things to do in Abu Dhabi: Learn some new moves in free dance classes

AT25 have launched weekly sessions

Everyone likes to dance right?

Maybe not in public, but we definitely all throw a few shapes when no one is looking at home.

Looking to upgrade your moves? Well, you’re in luck because some new dance classes have launched in the capital, and best of all they are absolutely free.

Taking place at AT25, the weekly sessions will teach you a range of dance styles including salsa, bachata and kizomba.

The classesrun every Monday at the venue inside Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi from 9pm to 10pm.

Of course, you can’t dance without music, so DJ Crazy Joe will be on hand to share some Latin beats and DJ Max will also be there to play afrobeats.

You can bring a dance partner for some emotional support, or meet new friends there.

Even if you’re hopeless and can’t learn the moves you’ll get an amazing view of the city from 25 floors up in Downtown Abu Dhabi.

One. Two, three, four… step, two, three, four, twirl.

Sorry, we’re already practicing.
Free. Mon 9pm-10pm. Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi (02 304 7777).
