Music-lovers – it’s time to get excited because MDLBEAST Freqways, a massive 12-hour virtual music festival, is taking place this month.
In celebration of World Music Day on Sunday June 21, the multi-stage online music festival is promising viewers an immersive musical adventure and virtual travel experience.
Kicking off on Saturday June 20 at 7pm (UAE time) and ending at 7am on World Music Day itself, massive international headliners include Steve Aoki, Maceo Plex, Claptone, Danny Tenaglia, Deep Dish, Sasha, Butch, Art Department, Laidback Luke, Delano Smith, Gui Boratto, Phil Weeks, Benny Benassi and Dirty South.
There will also be sets from top regional acts spanning from the GGC to the Levant including duo K.Led & Majid, Vinyl Mode, SPCEBOI, Baloo, CosmiCat, and Jade & Tala – to name a few.
Organiser MDLBEAST, a Middle Eastern lifestyle and entertainment brand, is encouraging music fans across the UAE to stay safe and stay entertained with a line-up of massive local and international DJs.
Inspired by travel and airlines, music fans can discover pre-recorded sets that are shot in some of the most iconic locations of underground music cities of the world. Get ready to travel to the likes of Riyadh, Ibiza and Las Vegas all in one day.
The digital music festival will be streamed on the MDLBEAST website and needless to say, it sounds like it’s going to be mega.
