Food truck rest stop opens at Jebel Hafeet

Spot Ni’ma is now open for those road trip snacks

Are you always on the hunt for alternative dining experiences?

If you love nothing more than to grab your latest meal through the glorious window of a food truck, you’re going to love what’s happening in Al Ain.

Spot Ni’ma, a sprawling food truck rest stop, is open now at Jebel Hafeet. It covers 13,900 sq m and includes 15 different food carts plus a mini mart. That certainly sounds like how we love to roll.

The new spot is surrounded by nature, including the famous Jebel Hafeet and Green Mubazzara attractions. It’ll be the perfect place to have a picnic (once the weather allows) and is just minutes away from Al Ain Zoo.

The area also has an open-air cinema, children’s play areas and seating areas to make it as comfortable as possible. Al Ain is famous for being family-friendly, and this spot is no exception.

Did you know Jebel Hafeet is one of the most-snapped road trips in the world?

If you’ve already been it’s easy to see why (and if you haven’t… what are you waiting for?). With a spectacular climb of 1,240m through rocky limestone, when you reach the top you’ll find stunning views of the desert. According to Instagram data, the Jebel Hafeet Mountain Road is the third most popular road trip in the world on which to get a snap.

You can even hike up or down the mountain on hiking trails, but we wouldn’t recommend it after a big meal at Spot Ni’ma – you can guarantee that’s where we’ll be.
