Under the global theme “Break the Bias,” the event runs from Friday March 11 to Saturday March 12. The whole family is welcome to enjoy the entertainment and offers on food and beverages throughout the weekend.
Wondering what’s on the roster? Both days of the event have three 30-minute yoga sessions by Immersed Life Yoga. The sessions start at 4.30pm and will be followed by an informational talk. On Friday March 11 Bareen International Hospital will give a talk about women’s nutrition and on Saturday March 12 a specialist from NMC Medical Centre Shahama will speak about women’s health.
Dr. Alka Kalra from Wings of Angelz is delivering a workshop about striking a healthy work life balance for parents. You can also participate in quizzes themed around the most inspirational women from history. Quiz winners will receive prizes from Trucare with brands such as Tommee Tippee, Hello Bello, Nano bebe and more. There will be baby care, toys, clothes, back to school items, travel necessities and homeware up for grabs.
