He might be the hero Gotham deserves, but Batman has set up residence at Expo 2020 Dubai for the time being. The Gotham City Pavilion is open now at Expo 2020 Dubai to coincide with the release of The Batman release in UAE cinemas.
For one month only, fans of the superhero can immerse themselves in the shadowy world of Gotham and save the city by solving a series of riddles. The pop-up pavilion is located in the Opportunity District at Expo and transports visitors into the world of Matt Reeves’ The Batman movie, which stars Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader.

The pavilion has already launched and will be open until Monday March 21. Step into the Batcave and crack the encrypted messages to claim a prize from Batman’s private collection. There are collectable posters, official movie merchandise and special-edition comics up for grabs for the winners.
The Batman Expo pavilion is described as a moody, gritty space with life-sized Batman statues and Bat-signal projections. There are QR codes with AR filters and a social lens at the workstation, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the experience.
Inspiration for the film’s Batcave came from an underground train station below the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, but if you’re looking for a slice of Gotham in the UAE, Expo 2020 Dubai is where it’s at.
While you’re exploring Gotham at Expo, don’t miss seeing a replica of the Batmobile featured in The Batman. Batman’s iconic cruiser is now parked in the Opportunity District opposite the Gotham City Pavilion on Sunset Avenue.
