Abu Dhabi is a melting pot of nationalities, cultures and people from all corners of the world.
In fact, the emirate is said to be home to people from more than 200 countries.
Offering you the chance to explore another culture, a two-day cultural festival is set to be held in Abu Dhabi this weekend.
On January 17 and 18, the Thai Festival will be held at Umm Al Emarat Park.
The two-day festival, held by the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi, will showcase different aspects of Thai culture and traditions.
Across the weekend a number of cultural performances will be staged, as well as cooking workshops, fruit and vegetable carving, Muai Thai boxing displays and more.
We can’t wait to tuck into some Pad Thai and see what’s going on.
