Scottish singer and Instagram sensation Lewis Capaldi is coming to the UAE for the first time.
The pop star, who has hit number one in the UK and US charts, will perform at Sharjah’s Al Majaz Amphitheatre in 2020.
Best known for his hit Someone You Love, as well as public spats with former Oasis star Noel Gallagher, Capaldi is due to play on January 17.
He announced the gig on his Instagram account.
Capaldi is probably just as well-known for his cheeky chappie persona as his music, gaining fans through his funny Instagram stories and on-stage antics.
It goes against his music, which is earnest singer-songwriter fare, full of yearning lyrics and soaring vocals.
