We’re about to enter the season of eating lots and lots, and many of us in Abu Dhabi will be looking to fit in a few more sessions at the gym ahead of this season of indulgence.
Well, one great opportunity to work up a sweat, have some fun and burn some calories is coming up this Wednesday (December 10) at Zayed Sports City.
The Wave Land is a group fitness event organised by VPS Healthcare in association with SoreApp.
Taking place from 5pm to 8pm it will feature fitness classes in grit cardio and body attack, and the best bit is that entry is a rather reasonable Dhs22 per person.
To register all you have to do it download the SoreApp (www.soreapp.com) and head along to pitch 20 through gate 16 at the sports complex.
