To ring in 2022, 21grams at Time Out Market Dubai will be plating up some seasonal gamey flavours in the form of its duck liver terrine (Dhs225). This winter warmer will be served up with truffle and fig jam to bring all of the rich flavours to the fore. There will also be roast turkey (Dhs275) in case you didn’t quite get your fill over Christmas. This will come with homemade mlinci pasta, foie gras and winter truffle.
Al Fanar
Calling all seafood lovers! You won’t want to miss out on the jumbo tiger prawn platter (Dhs240) New Year’s special from AL Fanar. There’s enough to share, though you may not want to.
BB Social
If you can’t treat yourself on New Year’s Evee, when can you? BB Social at Time Out Market Dubai has just the thing with its limited-edition wasabi lobster (Dhs295). Countdown to a whole grilled maine lobster paired with wasabi yoghurt, truffle caviar and mini baos. Delish!
Brix
Known as Dubai’s most daring dessert destination, Brix will be plating up a treat to see in New Year’s Eve. You won’t want to miss out on the epic croquembouche (Dhs250). Expect to get sticky fingers from this French dessert comprising a pile of choux pastry puffs with lashings of caramel. It’s almost too pretty to eat, but we think you’ll find a way.

Folly Workshop
For rich, indulgent flavours you won’t want to miss out on the limited edition sauteed foie gras (Dhs110 for one, Dhs300 for three) from Folly Workshop at Time Out Market Dubai. The special dish will be served with clementines, brioche and mache salad. Try not to step in your own drool on the way.
