Families in Abu Dhabi can take part in virtual yoga sessions for free

All you need are your yoga mats and your latops

Families in Abu Dhabi can take part in free online yoga sessions at home.

If the current situation is showing us anything it’s that there is so much you can do virtually, and family yoga is our latest online discovery.

Yoga and wellness expert, Sasha Quince, who is the founder of Let’s Go Yoga, is offering several remote classes for those keen to practice their downward dogs.

Every Tuesday from 3pm to 3.30pm, Quince will host a virtual kids yoga and mindfulness adventure.
Aimed at little ones between three and seven, it, like all of her sessions, takes place live on Quince’s
Facebook page. And her own children, who are seven and three, get involved in the session, too.

Yogis, and yogi-wannabes, can also join a weekly hour-long core strength Vinyasa yoga class every Sunday at 7pm.

In addition, Quince also has a YouTube channel where those who are looking for more than a couple of sessions a week, can access plenty of beginner and intermediate core strength Vinyasa yoga videos.

And if home-learning is taking its toll on you and the kiddos (it’s not easy, we know), then you can tune in to some audio meditation and breathing practices on Quince’s website that might help calm everyone down and help to relieve any stress.

What are you waiting for? Grab the kids, your yoga mat and your laptop. Namaste!
