Watch global superstars perform One World: Together At Home

Missed the performance with Lady Gaga, Elton John and more? Catch up online now

More than 100 global superstars including Lady Gaga, the Rolling Stones, Elton John, Taylor Swift took part in a huge online concert at 4am GST this morning (Sunday April 19) to raise money for frontline workers battling coronavirus (COVID-19) and the World Health Organisation.

One World: Together at Home played for two hours, but if you missed the show in the early hours of the morning, you can watch it here.

 

Organised by charity Global Citizen and curated by Lady Gaga, One World: Together at Home also saw performances Billie Eilish, Paul McCartney, Ellie Goulding and more, as well as a surprise performance from Beyoncé.

Other top names making an appearance included the Beckhams, Matthew McConaughey, Jimmy Fallon, Rita Ora, Sam Smith, Chris Martin, Shawn Mendes and Usher.

Lady Gaga performed a rendition of Smile.

“Today I’m so happy that we are one world, together at home. I feel very honored to be a part of the World Health Organisation and Global Citizen in the fight against COVID-19 and raising money for the Solidarity Response Fund,” she said.

“I care so much about all of the medical workers that are putting their lives at risk for us right now,” she continued. “I think of them every day, I pray for them every day, and I’m also thinking of all of you that are at home, who are wondering when this is all going to be different.

“What I’d like to do for you tonight, if I can, is just give you the permission to, for a moment… Smile.”

The event has already raised more than US$50million.
