You can listen to Louis Theroux’s first ever podcast here in the UAE

Looking for something new to listen to?

We don’t know about you but we’ve listened to more than our fair share of podcasts, audiobooks and music over the past few weeks.

Every day we’re plugging in our headphones and we’ve reached the point where we need something new to brighten up our day.
Sound familiar? We hear you.

The good news is that British journalist, broadcaster and author Louis Theroux has launched a podcast and that’s music to our ears.

The documentary maker has partnered with Radio 4 in the UK to produce a weekly show that’s available to listen to on BBC Sounds.

Grounded With Louis Theroux sees him interview a number of high profile people from the safety of home.

Episode one features a conversation with journalist Jon Ronson and episode two features a talk with musician Boy George.

We can’t wait to see who else pops up on the show but we’ve got a list ready is Louis needs some recommendations.

“I’ve really loved doing these interviews,’ Louis said. “It’s been a chance to speak to people I admire and have in depth conversations with them, about their lives, their careers, and their most intimate feelings.

“Making a podcast and radio series is very different to my usual way of working. And for that reason, I’ve found it very fun and refreshing.”

Well, we don’t know about you but we’re away to listen to episode one now.
