Emirates Airline to operate three more flights to Philippines this April

Flights to take place next week from Dubai to Manila for citizens of the Philippines

Dubai’s flagship carrier has announced plans to operate three more flights to the Philippines to help Filipinos in the UAE get home.

Set to fly next week on Monday April 20, Wednesday 22 and Friday 24, Emirates will operate repatriation flights from Dubai to Manila for Filipino citizens.

This follows the operation of two flights to Manila earlier in April, and Emirates will offer health and safety precautions to reduce contact in light of the COVID-19.

Flights can now be booked via www.emirates.com or through travel agents.

It was also revealed the Emirates has become the first airline to use rapid on-site COVID-19 tests for passengers.

The quick blood tests for each of the passengers will be conducted by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), with results available within ten minutes.

Emirates has also extended refunds and exchanges on tickets, with the new policy applies to tickets issued before May 31 for travel before August 31. Find out more here.
