Oman is to resume international flights from October 1.
The decision was announced by the Supreme Committee, stating that flights will be run in accordance with health data for specific destinations.

Oman suspended all domestic and international flights at the end of March due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, with the exception of cargo flights and those to the governorate of Musandam.
Since then, there have been a number of repatriation flights for citizens and residents.
In June Oman announced a number of new safety measures at its airports.
Passengers will have their temperature checked before entering the terminal, and have to pass through personal sanitising devices.
Hand sanitisers will be provided throughout the terminal, and facilities will be regularly sanitised by staff.
There will be self-service check-in counters, as well as social distancing stickers on floors and seats.
Destinations available are yet to be announced.
