Looking for something fun to do with the kiddos? There is a Halloween pizza-making party happening at Carluccio’s on Sunday October 31. Little chefs get the chance to make special Halloween-themed pizzas with scary surprises thrown in. Kids can come dressed for the occasion and there will be special prizes for the scariest costume with each winner getting a free kids’ meal. The classes start at 4pm at Carluccio’s at the Eastern Mangroves. Spaces are limited so book.

There’s a forbidden forest themed party happening at COYA Abu Dhabi for Halloween this year. The Peruvian hotspot is pulling out all the stops to present a glamorous and spooky brunch. Don your eeriest and most creative outfit and enjoy the elegant house beats, spooky mixed drinks, and yummy dishes. Dine on Latin American-inspired bites, including ceviches, maki rolls, sashimi, chicken baos, grilled tiger prawns and more. This Halloween brunch takes place on Thursday October 28 from 9pm onwards and costs Dhs650 per person including food and beverages. Enter the “forbidden forest” at your own peril.

Cove Beach Abu Dhabi

Looking to visit a haunted beach club this Halloween 2021? Cove Beach Abu Dhabi is adding a Halloween twist to its iconic Saturday party, Garden of Cove, on Saturday October 30. Get lost in the mystic garden and let the techno beats creep into your senses. There will be some succulent treats and drinks for Dhs299. Arrive in your spookiest costume or match with your partner to win something special, since Cove Beach Abu Dhabi will be holding its best costume and best-dressed couple costume contest this year. Heroes

If you’ve been anywhere near the internet, you’ve probably heard of Squid Game – which is also set to be 2021’s most popular Halloween costume. Want to play red light green light (the non-fatal version)? Head to Heroes on Thursday October 28 and Friday October 29 wearing your best costume to play the game. The winners will get free entrance plus one free drink, otherwise the entrance fee is Dhs100 per person with two drinks included. There will also be a costume contest. First prize gets cheese and grape for two at Spaccanapoli, second prize gets Dhs200 bar spend at Heroes, and third prize gets a bottle of sparkling grape or tower of hops. Entertainment for the night also includes live music by DJ Charlie, and live-singer, Nicola.

Horizon Restaurant

Looking to celebrate Day of the Dead in Abu Dhabi? Mexican Night at Horizon is offering ghoulish tunes, scary decorations, spooky mocktails, Mexican eats and much more. Sola Restaurant & Café

Sola is bringing the Phantom of the Opera to Abu Dhabi on Friday October 29 and we’re absolutely so ready for the spooky-glam vibes. The event will include a special Halloween menu, and a signature Sola drink. There’s a new dish being launched, so stay tuned. The Halloween dinner will take place from 6pm until 1am, with a minimum spend of Dhs150 per person. The dress code is fancy (picture night at the opera, obviously) but be prepared for a Halloween twist.

Fright night or fight night? You decide. Head to WET Deck, where DJ Flippside takes to the notorious WET Deck stage as part of Abu Dhabi Showdown Week. Go full-on Halloween town or keep to the Fight Island theme as you sip on chilled beverages at this funky poolside hangout. Do you dare to join? Only for the brave. Costumes encouraged.

Head to Zaya Nurai Island on Friday October 29 and Saturday October 30 you’ll find a boo-tiful poolside spot transformed for the Halloween season. Head to the main pool from 7pm to 10pm and you’ll find a live DJ, and an evening “full of horror” plus a buffet to indulge in and one mixed drink. Talk about a treat. The event will cost you Dhs400, which includes the cost of the boat to the island.

Looking for a Halloween brunch the kiddos will love? Abu Dhabi’s little monsters, mini ghouls and tiny goblins will have lots of delightfully terrifying fun at this spooky Halloween fiesta. Everyone knows that Yas Marina is one of the best spots for a party in Abu Dhabi, and Stars N Bars is an easy choice when it comes to having a fright-night out. This year for Halloween there is a six hour American Horror brunch happening on Friday October 29 from 1pm to 7pm. The three hour brunch is followed by a three hour drunch – sounds like a hard Halloween event to beat. There’s a 2,000 cash prize for the best dressed, so you’d better start planning your costume now.

Do you love Halloween candy? Do you love shakes? (We already know the answers.) In celebration of Halloween 2021, Black Tap has launched the limited-edition Black Tap Halloween CrazyShake. It’s available at all locations, including Abu Dhabi’s Mamsha Al Saadiyat outpost from October 24 to October 31. The colossal chocolate shake features candy corn, a chocolate “spiderweb” cupcake, whipped cream, orange rock candy and a orange and white twist pop. Don’t forget the vanilla frosted rim.

28 Degrees, Bab Al Nojoom

Looking for a monster mash? Head to Bab Al Nojoom for “ghosts and scary stories for the whole family.” Families can enjoy tonnes of entertainment including a treasure hunt, face painting, music and more. The event is on Friday October 29 from 7pm onwards. Book an overnight stay at this beautiful campground to make the most of the spooky weekend.

Droplets by Caboodle

Looking for something great to do with the kiddos this Halloween 2021 in Abu Dhabi? Sign up and celebrate spooky season at Caboodle. There are prizes for stellar Halloween costumes. Children up to six years old can engage in Halloween-themed activities such as hand painting, crafts, music and movement, and loads more. The “trick-or-treat extravaganza” is Dhs99 per child for two hours.

Jubail Mangrove Park

Abu Dhabi’s iconic Jubail Mangrove Park takes on a spooky twist for Halloween 2021 on October 29 thanks to spooky activities for the entire family, including pumpkin carving and painting, an outdoor cinema and face painting. The fun runs from 4pm to 8pm. The Halloween activities are part of the open day at the park.

Looking for something sporty? Join the “Night Glow” kayaking tour, which takes place on October 29 and October 30 and leads guests on a two-hour guided nighttime tour of Jubail Mangrove Park. This is Halloween so be sure to wear your costume – the best one wins a prize! The kayaking tour is suitable for ages five and up. It’s Dhs100 for kids and adults Dhs130.

Louvre Abu Dhabi

What’s scarier than forgetting your sunscreen on a kayaking trip? Not much, if you ask us. But the Halloween kayaking adventure at Louvre Abu Dhabi comes pretty close, with the “Paddle Like a Poltergeist” kayaking session. Head there on October 31 in your scariest costume to have a spook-tacular time at one of Abu Dhabi’s prettiest locations. There are only 25 people allowed per session, so you’d better book soon.

Head to Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi throughout October and you’re sure to get a good Halloween scare (we’re not just talking about the fantastic roller coasters). On Frightful Fridays the villains raid Gotham City and threaten a total takeover, with two brand new villains making an appearance. On Saturdays you can join Scooby and the gang on a hunt for treats across the park for Trickity Treat Saturdays. For the hardcore Halloween fans, come in costume and step into a transformed cartoon junction with carved pumpkins, spooky spider webs, and scarecrows.
