Feast your eyes on these Abu Dhabi breakfasts

There is nothing better than a lazy morning spent eating eggs benedict in Abu Dhabi. The city’s best restaurants or cafés are well known for their incredible breakfasts. It’s the perfect way to start your weekend: sipping a hot drink of choice, reading, or chatting with a friend? You can count us in.

Brilliant Bennys are available across the city but we have high eggspecatations (sorry not sorry) when it comes to our eggs.

We want those yolks fit to burst, hollandaise that’s silky-smooth and soaked up perfectly by a thick slab of toast. Smoked salmon is always welcome, beef bacon or spinach, too, as long as those eggs are one fork prick away from exploding.

Ready to try some cracking brekkies? Here are the best eggs benedicts is Abu Dhabi.

Brunch & Cake

Have you tried the pulled beef and avocado rose benny at Brunch & Cake? Eggs benny served at a beautiful venue with lush pastel décor (complete with an indoor water fountain and live fish) sounds like an ideal breakfast. This spot never ceases to delight. It also serves two other types of eggs benedict, including the Brunch & Cake eggs Benedict featuring a charcoal sweetcorn waffle, or the classic benny served on an English muffin with veal bacon or turkey ham. Delicious.

Café 302

There are a whopping four kinds of eggs benedict to choose from at Café 302: they must be almost as admiring of this dish as we are. The smoked salmon eggs benny has poached eggs, spinach, onion, Hollandaise sauce and thick white toast. The classic eggs benedict swaps out salmon for turkey bacon while the vegetarian has tomatoes and pesto Hollandaise. Finally, the tofu benedict includes a grilled tofu patty, vegetable slaw, vegan avocado sauce and a thick multi-cereal toast. It sounds like we won’t be needing seconds.
