Paradiso is helmed by culinary whizzes and friends: the triple Michelin star Chef Pierre Gagnaire and chef Nicole Rubi, who is the genius behind La Petite Maison, which has outposts in Dubai and in the capital at The Galleria. C’est magnifique.

Gagnaire and Rubi formed a friendship while working at the Hotel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes and then went on to launch the first Paradiso on the iconic Croisette.
The new Paradiso Nicole et Pierre will stay true to the original flavours, relaxed ambiance, cinematic inspiration and sunny décor of the Cannes original, with the menu being a homage to the Mediterranean. The extensive menu will focus specifically on the delicious dishes of Italy and Nice, France with the light, gourmet touches that have made the Paradiso in Cannes a fan favourite.
Love pasta? (Who doesn’t?) Paradiso promises an extensive pasta selection next to the restaurant’s signatures, French classics (escargots), antipasti and sharing-friendly dishes such as lamb shoulder preserved with spices. Try to save room for dessert because the chocolate mousse is a go-to and highly Instagrammable.
The relaxed Mediterranean vibes of Paradiso will be enhanced with live musicians performing every Thursday and Friday evening, along with a resident DJ in house every night.
What doesn’t Yas Island have? Paradiso is part of an exciting line-up of restaurants that include iconic names such as Siddartha Lounge by Buddha-Bar, La Carnita and Lock Stock & Barrel that are making a splash in the rapidly developing area of Abu Dhabi.
