Dubai and Abu Dhabi named in most Instagrammed Spring cities in the Middle East

It’s the season to be in the UAE

We don’t need to tell you how gorgeous it is in the UAE during the cooler months.

Outdoor meals, stunning walks, day trips to the desert, cool cultural attractions and soaking up the sun at beach clubs and on the shores… It’s pretty special.

And, according to new research, we aren’t the only ones blowing up our Instagram feeds with photos of these glorious al fresco scenes.

A report by hotel chain Premier Inn has found that Dubai and Abu Dhabi are among the top ten most popular Spring cities in the Middle East.

Unsurprisingly Dubai took the top spot with more than three times the number of hashtags on social media the second highest ranked city Tehran.

Coming in at eighth on the list is the UAE capital Abu Dhabi.

According to the research, Dubai Springtime posts are dominated by people posting their trips to the beach, swims and sunrises.

The data was collected by adding the total number of posts that used #SpringIn(city) to see which cities came out on top.

So if you want to make more people jealous and show off how good we have it here you better start using the #SpringInDubai, #SpringInAbUDhabi and #SpringInSharjah hashtags on all your posts.

Speaking of amazing Instagram shots, have you seen how incredible Dubai looks in the fog? It’s pretty special.
