Helping to take the stress out of arranging travel, the UAE’s newest low-cost airline has launched a new system to give travellers peace of mind.
Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, which is already operating flights out of the UAE capital, has launched a new automated service to process refunds.
The low-cost airline guarantees those booked to travel with the airline that their refunds will be processed in one week or less.
The new, automated process allows passengers whose flights have been cancelled to receive refunds of 120 percent of the original fare in airline credit or 100 percent of the fare in cash.
“We are committed to offering our customers the best experience when travelling with Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, which is why we have invested heavily in automating our refund process and are proud to be able to handle cash refund requests within just seven days,” said Kees Van Schaick, managing director of Wizz Air Abu Dhabi.
“We are continuing to invest in new technologies across our business to make travelling with Wizz Air Abu Dhabi an exceptionally smooth and seamless experience.”
