Cool new Al Ain Zoo car tour launches for summer months 2022

Al Ain Zoo in the summer can certainly be a scorcher. But if you’re after a private (and blissfully air conditioned) zoo experience, get the Al Ain Zoo car tour on your radar.

Ready to see some incredible animals? Hop into an air-conditioned car and cruise around the zoo to enjoy its many attractions without melting under the sun.

The Al Ain Zoo car tour is also known as the “Our Summer is Like No Other” tour and is available throughout the week from 9am until noon with a maximum of six people per tour. It is running throughout August and September, so there’s plenty of time to take advantage.

The Al Ain Zoo car tour lasts for three hours and an expert zoo guide will be with you the whole time. There’s a private safari tour, plus you’ll also get the chance to feed giraffes and hang out with lemurs in addition to seeing the other zoo exhibits. Be sure to book the experience in advance at the zoo’s hotline.

The tour starts at Al Maha Royal Hall, followed by an Emirati reception, an introduction about the zoo and a tour of the facilities.

The trip includes the man-made Al Ain Safari, the hippo enclosure, an educational tour of the Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Centre where you can meet some of the most knowledgeable guides.

Up next, see where the zoo’s animals live and thrive, including a range of interactive experiences, such as the reptile encounter and feeding some animals. You’ll also get the chance to participate in a special tour of the bird house, where you’ll learn about various birds from around the world.

The tour ends with a drop-off at the Maha Royal Hall and then it’s just a short jaunt back to the carpark.
