Jing Asia may bill itself as an Asian restaurant, but the fact is that they aim to please all: the buffet dinner serves up Mexican, Italian, Arabic and of course Asian choices, all in a beautifully relaxed surrounding. You can’t go wrong with the Far Eastern staples – the dim sum and sushi easily match the quality you’d find in most specialised restaurants. There are some pretty phenomenal salads as well, a few of them uniquely Asian – although the casseroles options can be disappointing. The staff are quick to clean up, and the vast interior is pleasing with dimly lit alcoves and a massive open kitchen that brings life to the whole place. Those who don’t mind the extra legwork to the buffet should take a seat on the outdoor terrace, and enjoy some scenic views of the hotels pool area and nearby Yas Links golf course.
