Abu Dhabi Warriors returns to the capital this weekend

Mubadala Arena will see 22 fighters from around the world go toe-to-toe

Mixed Martial Arts has grown in popularity around the world, and in Abu Dhabi things are no different.

Only this week the Ultimate Fighting Championship announced that they will return to the city in September, and will hold many events in the capital over the next five years.

But, if you can’t wait until then you’re in luck because Abu Dhabi Warriors 5 returns this weekend to pit fighters from around the world against one another.

Fight fans can attend the latest event at Mubadala Arena on May 3 to see some of the best regional and global brawlers take to the ring.

Three championship title fights will be on the bill including Bruno Machado vs Yurri Gryshchenko for the lightweight championship, the UAE’s own Ahmed Al Darmaki vs Azouz Anwar for the featherweight championship and Ibrahim El Sawi will face Juscelino Ferreira for the light heavyweight championship.
