UFC is returning to Abu Dhabi in October

UFC 267 will return to the capital on Saturday October 30

October in Abu Dhabi is shaping up to be a truly exciting month. As well as Expo 2020 Dubai, and all the gigs and concerts that are kicking off this autumn, UFC is returning to the UAE capital and we couldn’t be more excited.

The mixed martial arts organisation and the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) have announced that UFC will return to the UAE for a series of incredible events that will be headlined by UFC 267 on Saturday October 30.

With the return of UFC there will also be the return of Abu Dhabi Showdown week – a series of events with city-wide activations that include fan events, fitness showcases and more. This second edition of Abu Dhabi Showdown Week is part of a five-year partnership between UFC and DCT Abu Dhabi, that will bring UFC events to the capital until 2023. Some might even go so far as to call Abu Dhabi the international fight capital of the world, we do host UFC Fight Island, after all.

Abu Dhabi fans will witness the live event at Etihad Arena, giving you the opportunity to get up close to your favourite athletes. UFC content is broadcast on Abu Dhabi Sports, and streamed on UFC Arabia.
