Sherine to perform during MOTN on the Abu Dhabi Corniche

Sherine and loads of other regional and international artists are set to wow the crowds at the Mother of the Nation Festival in December.

Looking for an awesome musical event to enjoy in the capital?

There is a whole line up of artists flocking to the UAE for the ten-day festival, including performances by Faouzia, Miami Band, Mohamed Al Salim, Mahmoud Al Turky, Khalid Fouad, and more.

The festival goes from Thursday December 9 to Saturday December 18, with silver passes starting at Dhs75, gold starting at Dhs125 and VIP starting at Dhs195.

The opening weekend will be headlined by the Egyptian actress and singer, Sherine, performing on Friday December 10. Doors open at 7pm at the festival’s main stage, where she will be performing some of her best hits. Known for her powerful and unique voice, Sherine is considered one of the most renowned female Arabic singers, often dubbed “The Queen of Emotions” for her popular romantic ballads.

You can also expect performances by star local artists, including the No. 1 selling Kuwaiti boy band, Miami Band, performing on Thursday December 9 along with Mohamed Al Salim.

Mahmoud Al Turky, the famed Iraqi pop singer will perform on Thursday December 18 with Khaled Fouad, best known for the single “Haba Haba”.

Other key performers include Dany Aridi, Shebani, Aleksandra Krstic, Alaa Wardi, Amjad Shakir, Carl and the Reda Mafia, Daneel Sayegh, As Per Casper, Gohary, Hadi, Jay Abo, Zero Funks, and multiple DJs including Badir, Keza, Bliss, and Nuff Said, all performing on stage at the Food Hub.

MOTN 2021 will run from Tuesday December 9 to Thursday December 18 from 4pm to midnight during the weekdays and 2pm to midnight on the weekends.
