Summer has come to an end and the kids are back at school. That only leaves one question on everyone’s mind: When is the next UAE public holiday in 2022? The good news is that we don’t have too long to wait. In fact, Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday falls on Saturday October 8, which means there probably won’t be a public holiday.

That said, we have two big UAE public holidays coming up: Commemoration Day and National Day.

Commemoration Day will be on Thursday December 1 and National Day will be on Friday December 2 with celebrations lasting until Sunday. This will mean two days off on Thursday and Friday making it a four-day weekend.
