Looking to take your workout to new heights? MOTION has partnered with The St. Regis Abu Dhabi to bring the first helipad spin class to the UAE. You can get your heart racing and legs pumping at this high-energy class that’s unlike any other.
The Reach for the Sky spin class takes place 225 metres in the air under a light show of UAE colours. There are five classes to choose from starting at sunset and going until midnight. Each one has a stunning view of the Abu Dhabi skyline.
The classes are Dhs225 per person and are taking place on Thursday December 9, so book soon.

MOTION is an indoor cycling studio with high intensity classes in a dark candlelit room. It’s designed to inspire you and get your heart racing with up to 1,000 calories burned in one session.
Speaking of sporting events in Abu Dhabi, the Galleria Al Maryah Island is hosting free yoga classes at Sky Park. The yoga sessions take place at Sky Park on Level Four on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8.30am to 9.30am. Read more about the free classes here.
