Looking to watch some wheel-to-wheel racing? Missing the F1 action already? Yas Marina Circuit is bringing another exclusive motorsport event to Abu Dhabi and it has our engines revving.
Gulf 12 Hours is an exclusive endurance race that is one of the toughest and most celebrated in the region.
The 10th edition will take place at Yas Marina Circuit from Thursday January 6 to Saturday January 8 in a weekend of motorsport action. There are sure to be many nail-biting moments (we’re having flashbacks to the last F1 race) as drivers take on the newly reconfigured track.
The grid will consist of 15 cars, with 12 GT3 cars and 3 GT4 machines lining up on the start line. The 15 cars are made up of ten teams representing six different manufacturers, including Mercedes, Ferrari, Aston Martin and McLaren. Is anyone else getting starry-eyed?

The traditional 12-hour endurance GT race is split into two parts of six hours. Three new sections on the track will look to test drivers and provide more opportunities for overtaking, wheel-to-wheel racing and a faster flowing race.
Gulf 12 Hours was first held in Abu Dhabi in 2012 with nine editions taking place to date. During the last race in Abu Dhabi, Audi scored its first win with the Attempto Racing car driven by Christopher Mies, Dries Vanthoor and Rinat Salikhov.
As always, there will be plenty of action off the track too with guided pit lane walks, hot laps, and F&B offers.
