Zuma brunch moves to Friday and Saturday

It’s the ultimate brunch for sushi lovers

If you love brunch, you’re going to love the latest news from one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular restaurants – Zuma.

Zuma’s baikingu brunch has moved to Friday and Saturday, giving us plenty of options for brunching over the weekend.

When the UAE announced the new work week, we had one question on our minds… what would happen to Friday brunch? As one of Abu Dhabi’s favourite things we were a little sad to see Friday brunch go, even if we knew most of our favourite brunches would simply move to Saturday.

That’s why we were so happy to hear that Zuma’s Friday brunch is sticking around, and we’re getting a bonus Saturday brunch, too.

The Zuma Abu Dhabi brunch goes from 12.30pm to 3.30pm and includes an extensive selection of dishes chosen from the restaurant’s head chef, which are served to your table.

Wondering what’s on the menu? Start with truffle ponzu beef tataki, vegetable gyoza, scallops umeboshi, shrimp tempura, sushi platters, oysters and more. But try not to fill up because you also get your choice of main.

Mains include grilled Chilean seabass, miso marinated black cod, jumbo tiger prawns, baby chicken, roasted lobster, grilled wagyu beef sirloin, stir-fried ramen or spicy fried tofu. Drool.

There’s a dessert platter to follow, if you can manage it, with chawan mushi, chocolate fondant yuzu cheesecake, sorbets, ice creams, chocolates and fruits. There are also specialty mocktails and free-flowing drinks to choose from. Are you hungry?

Friday brunch is here to stay, it would seem, at least at Zuma.
