Incredible Barry's Abu Dhabi studio now open 2022

Looking for a serious flex? Barry’s Abu Dhabi studio is arriving at The Galleria Al Maryah Island on Saturday September 3 and it’s bringing some intense workouts with it. Get ready to break a sweat, because Barry’s doesn’t mess around.

Abu Dhabi has eagerly been anticipating the arrival of the new Barry’s Abu Dhabi studio since it announced it would be coming in February 2022.

The new gym in Abu Dhabi will have Barry’s signature Red Room along with the flex lounge, so you can choose to use the treadmills and do a floor workout or pump some iron with a strength class. The studio will also include a new LIFT strength-based workout concept. Be sure to bring a towel.

Group sessions at Barry’s Abu Dhabi studio will run in both rooms throughout the day. Classes will be offered every day of the week throughout the day. There will also be ladies-only classes, themed classes, live DJ classes, team teaches, challenges and much more to look forward to.

Wondering why workout fiends love Barry’s so much? Barry’s is the original high-energy cardio and strength interval training workout. It was founded in 1998 and was one of the pioneers of the boutique fitness movement.

In one 50 to 60 minute class, you can burn up to 1,000 calories, increase your lean body mass and raise your metabolic rate up to 15 percent. Barry’s signature Red Room is a dimly-lit room that allows you to focus on the cues from the instructors and lose yourself in the energy of those around you.

The new Barry’s Abu Dhabi studio will also have luxury changing rooms and shower facilities with Oribe products and a Fuel Bar serving over 20 different shakes. The fuel bar includes everything from performance enhancers to muscle recovery and is the perfect place to rebuild after an intense workout. There will be customised shakes and grab-and-go goodies.

The Barry’s Abu Dhabi studio will be stocking all the workout essentials and localised Barry’s merch from the retail collection.
