Level one is the M1 Café, level two is the main dining lounge and level three is a private members’ social club. Did someone say exclusive?
If you’re looking for all-day dining, the café floor on level one of M1 Café & Lounge serves up an approachable menu of casual bites. It also has every kind of coffee you could ask for with chilled-out vibes.
Next up, take it to the second floor where M1’s dining lounge opens for lunch and dinner with a menu that invites guests to lounge, graze and relax.

Finally, the private members’ social club on level three serves up VIP individualised service and luxurious food and drinks. The space features a lounge, meeting room and two private dining rooms.
The menu is split up according to how the items are prepared with sections including the josper grill, sushi counter, woodfire oven and handmade pasta.
Menu highlights include the short rib fettuccini, rosemary and garlic grilled prawns, various maki rolls including the classic California roll, burrata and pesto pizza, whole-roasted seabass, and more.
