The airline has announced it expects to return to a ‘meaningful’ flight schedule next month and in the coming weeks and months travel routes to more destinations will be opened up.
Previously only repatriation flights have been leaving the UAE but now passenger flights are being scheduled for departure.
Abu Dhabi’s airline has launched Etihad Travel Voucher, a new programme that allows passengers to purchase credit to be used on flights with the airline.
Etihad are offering a 50 percent extra cash value with every voucher bought before 24.
Etihad Travel Vouchers are available from UDS250 to USD65,000 and are valid for up to two years from the date of purchase.
“Now, more than ever, we want to give the world something to look forward to,” said Robin Kamark, CCO of Etihad Aviation Group.
“Valid for two years, Etihad Travel Voucher will give our guests plenty of time to plan their future trip, and with 50 percent extra credit, they will spend less on that well-deserved break”.
Travelling soon? Abu Dhabi Airport has released guidelines for all passengers flying from the UAE capital.
Passengers flying from Abu Dhabi Airport are also exempt from the travel ban currently in place in Abu Dhabi.
