The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NECDMA) has announced an update on age limit restrictions in Abu Dhabi in light of to Covid-19.
It includes the age limit being raised from 60 to 70 for people entering shopping centres, supermarkets, sports facilities as well as shops and restaurants outside malls.
However, children under the age of 12 will still not be permitted in any of these areas. Dubai announced restrictions on children in that emirate would be eased from June 18.
Strict social distancing guidelines will still be in place in all venues.
