TrainYAS has opened to children and the elderly for the twice-weekly free workout sessions.
Previously the training sessions were only available to adults over the age of 13 and younger than 70.
Now children and those over 70 are being welcome back to Yas Marina Circuit to walk, run or cycle the 5.55km track on Yas Island.
Sessions are held twice a week on Sundays and Tuesdays, from 6pm to 10pm.
The kids are welcome back on the track!

Before attending one of the sessions all participants must register by visiting www.yasmarinacircuit.com or by using their TrainYAS membership card before making their way to the track.
The track has also reconfigured to the full Grand Prix set up so you can make your way around the same exact loop taken By Formula One drivers every year at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
A number of health and safety procedures are still in place to ensure the safety of all visitors.
Cyclists must bring their own bike and helmet as no shared equipment will be available to hire until further notice.
