The cost of a PCR test in Abu Dhabi is now Dhs250.
Abu Dhabi Health Services Co (SEHA) announced the new reduced prices, which comes down from Dh370.
The new rate is applicable to tests carried out in SEHA’s drive-through centres, hospitals and clinics.
Everyone that comes into Abu Dhabi must have been tested for COVID-19, though those travelling over the Dubai-Abu Dhabi border can have had a DPI laser test rather than the full PCR swab-style test.
Tourists are not allowed into Abu Dhabi at the moment, with only returning residents flying into the country, or people in transit to another destination.
