Bread fans of Abu Dhabi (and we assume that’s pretty much everyone), you have another reason to be cheerful.
Found in Shams Boutik Mall on Reem island, brot. The German Bakery (that punctuation is going to get us every time) is due to open before the end of 2020.
It will bake authentic artisanal bread, rich in sour dough and made from organic flour every day. There will be no artificial ingredients and each loaf will be suitable for vegans, and gluten-free options will be available.
There will also be freshly baked pastries, German pretzels, sandwiches and cakes, all with traditional German flavours.
