Restaurants and bars coming to Yas Bay Waterfront in Abu Dhabi

Asia Asia, Lock, Stock & Barrel and La Carnita amongst the openings

An exciting line-up of restaurants and bars has been announced for Yas Bay Waterfront in Abu Dhabi, and Yas Bay has revealed it is opening on December 1.

The new area of Yas Island, from developer Miral, will have famous names such as Siddartha Lounge by Buddha-Bar, Paradiso, La Carnita and Lock, Stock & Barrel opening.

Also finding a home at the $1.1 billion development is The Central, Asia Asia, Bushra and Zeera.

They will sit alongside the new Etihad Arena and Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Hotel at Yas Bay, as well as the city’s media hub twofour54.

Buddha-Bar Group and Capital Motion are collaborating on the launch of Siddharta Lounge, which serves coastal Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, Bushra, a Middle Eastern venue with a menu from Greg Malouf, and modern Indian restaurant Zeera.

Solutions Leisure Group will be bringing Asia Asia, already popular in Dubai, live music bar Lock, Stock & Barrel, and family-friendly venue The Central.

Mexican spot La Carnita is known for its tacos and buzzing atmosphere. It will also offer gluten-free and vegan options.

As well as these outlets, the Waterfront will have a pier with 37 cafés and restaurants plus 19 retail outlets. Some spaces are already open, but Yas Bay recently revealed December 1 as the big opening day . We cannot wait.
