Oak Room
As soon as you enter the classy venue, through a huge hidden door, it feels like being welcomed into an exclusive club. The dining room is elegant and stylish, with wooden paneling and floors (you get the name now?), dim lighting and trendy photographs of the likes of Mick Jagger and David Bowie on the wall. Plus, on our visits, it’s been absolutely packed, which is always a good sign. On the menu there’s loads of different cuts of meat to choose from, including tenderloin and Denver steak.

The Grill
While many of the city’s steakhouses are found Downtown, The Grill is perfectly located to cater to those of us who live in Khalifa City or the off-island areas. The staff are chatty, very helpful, and more than happy to give recommendations on what you should order. Take a look at the menu and take your pick from rib eye, striploin and tenderloin cooked just the way you like it.

Turtle Bay Bar and Grill
It’s a stylish venue, with a central bar and dimmed lights, but it’s not too fancy that you’ll feel out of place for not being suited and booted. The outdoor area is also one of the most picturesque in the city, with a view of the palm-tree lined pool and beach beyond. A glance at the menu and you’ll see you’ve got a prime choice of cuts including sirloin, rib eye and tenderloin among others.
