Cooper’s in Abu Dhabi launches new menu and vegan options

Vegan burgers, sausage by the metre and more

One of Abu Dhabi’s most popular pubs has launched a new menu for the new year.

Cooper’s Bar and Restaurant has launched a new menu filled with familiar favourites and a new section of vegan dishes for those embarking on Veganuary this month.

New to the menu in January are exciting sounding dishes including a taco bridge featuring battered fried fish with Asian slaw or crushed avocado, mango salsa and lime aioli, fish and chips, steak and hops pie, a new burger and a steak sandwich.

Heading along with pals? You can now opt for a pick and share section so you can bid farewell to food envy and dig into a range of dishes.

Going plant-based for the month or dedicated vegan? On the new vegan-friendly menu you try a vegan burger, pasta, sausage, wrap and falafel sliders.

Cooper’s favourites including the sausage by the metre and chicken fajitas have remained on the menu, so if you’re craving those classics you’re in luck.

There’s also a brand-new menu of house beverages and mixed drinks as well.

Peckish? We are.
Prices vary. Sat-Wed noon-2am, Thu-Fri noon-3am. Cooper’s Bar and Restaurants, Park Rotana, Khalifa Park (02 657 3325).
